Project Tasks
Tasks are work units under a project.
Users check in against tasks to track work progress.
Task Fields

Task Visibility
Project View Page
On the Project detail page:
- All tasks under the project are visible.
- Users can see task status, priority, and assignments.
- Visibility is not restricted at this level.
Dashboard Check-In (Task Dropdown)
In the Dashboard check-in bar, task visibility is restricted.
Users can see:
- Tasks assigned to them
- Tasks not assigned to anyone
Users cannot see:
- Tasks assigned specifically to other users
This ensures users only track time against tasks they are responsible for or unassigned tasks available for work.
Time Tracking
Time spent on a task:
- Is tracked automatically during check-in or task switches.
- Is cumulative across all users.
- Represents total collective effort spent on the task.
