Projects

The Projects module in VoxHRM allows organizations to:

  • Create and manage projects
  • Assign project managers and members
  • Create structured tasks
  • Track collective time spent on tasks
  • Enable task-based check-in for attendance tracking

Project management integrates directly with the Dashboard check-in system.

Why Use Projects?​

Projects help organizations:

  • Track work by project and task
  • Monitor task progress
  • Measure time spent across teams
  • Organize work by priority and status

Key Components​

Projects​

Top-level container representing a client, initiative, or internal effort.

Project Tasks​

Work units under a project.
Users check in against tasks.

Time Tracking​

Time spent on tasks is tracked collectively (not user-specific per task).
All users working on the same task contribute to total time spent.

Dashboard Check-In Integration​

Users select:

  • Project
  • Task

Before starting work for the day.

Module Availability​

The Project check-in bar is visible only if:

  • Project Management is included in the subscription plan
  • The module is enabled in Settings → Modules
